So much rain, but we now have our first sunny day. So we're happy. And like the clouds are like circling the mountains. It's very picturesque. Yes.

I didn't have my coffee on the deck. But I did go right in the mountains. Good for you. With my puppy. My puppy. My dog. She's mine. Folks, we have an interesting episode for you today. I wanted to. Here's what I want to do. There's a lot of people who digest our content. I want to make sure that people are actually implementing what we teach. And so I wanted to come on here and actually go through a bunch of our best free resources for all of you to actually direct you to actually go do something and implement one of these resources in your business to get better results. I love it. And I think part of this came from the like the other day, I was just like, wow, if someone would grab all of our free resources and actually implement them, they could get pretty far in business. And in fact, I was chatting with someone last week, he's a guy from BC. Um, and he was like, Oh yeah, I grabbed your mini ads thing. I think I want to make sure I get the numbers right. Okay, so he spent $325 and he made $4,400 back. Stop. Like a 12x or 13x return on ad spend. And he's like, dude, this is amazing. Yeah, I think I should join your program. And I was like, Yes, Travis, you should join our program. That's really funny. Um, I told Travis, because he's somewhat close to us, I'm like, if you join our program, I will like you can come out and do some trail running with me in the mountains because he's a trail runner.

And we can do like some coaching on the on the trails. He's like, yes. Anyways, I love it. And it started to make me think more and more and more that so often when people actually take our free stuff and they actually implement it, they get results. Yeah. And so I was like, hey, there's a bunch of people who listen to this podcast. I want to make sure that you're grabbing our stuff and implementing it so that you can also get better results. Because absolutely podcasts and like listening to stuff or reading books is great. But we all know that knowledge isn't power, it's knowledge that is then implemented and taking action, is the power. So I want to go through a list of our best freebies in my mind that have gotten people results. Let's do it. So, Terry, you have the list of them. I do.

So the the ads mini mini ads workshop is probably one of our best freebies. It's exactly what this guy that I talked about, Travis, used to basically get more followers and get more leads and get more clients actually and sign up people. So it's now here's the thing: this is not a short workshop. It was, I think, an hour-long workshop, but it's so powerful that it's going to change your business. So I'll quickly go through it. It's basically how to set up number one, we when we think about your business, we think about attraction, conversion, and delivery. Okay, so attraction is getting eyeballs, conversion is getting them to become clients, and then delivery is delivering. The workshop's all about attraction. So as we first set up your Instagram so it's attractive, we call it, we want to make your account your ideal client's type. Like it's like when you're dating, you have the type that you go after or whatever. We want your account to look like the type your ideal clients want to follow. Right? So we first set you up to be attractive, and then we set up an mini-ad, literally right there on the call. I help you set it up right there so that you can start attracting eyeballs over to your profile. And basically, and actually, I was just I just had a conversation with another guy on Facebook this morning, Bill. He just walked watched the workshop and he set up his mini ad, I think on Friday, and he is getting, I think it's 10 to 15 leads coming in predict. Which is fantastic.

This is a great resource because so do you actually want to explain how Cassie does content prompts like for our clients in the school community? I'm gonna be completely honest, I never see them. You never see them, but okay. I want I wanted to include you in the conversation. No, I'm sorry. But no, it's basically like our one of our consultants on our team, Cassie, she is the content wizard.

And uh basically she helps our clients come up with these amazing prompts. Not just our clients, she helps us. She helps everyone. So we took five of her best performing prompts and put them into a little prompt where basically you can use these to create some posts, and for our clients, they have gotten tons of views, some of them have gone viral with them, they have gotten new followers, they've gotten new leads, sometimes they've even booked sales calls. And so a lot of people, I mean, we talk about content quite a bit, and a lot of people aren't doing content right. I mean, we've talked about this, and people use AI the wrong way. How does their content do?

Terrible, and and content's endlessly evolving. Like, we had great content back in goodness me, 2015. Yeah, but like you have to change every single year and constantly evolve.

You definitely have to constantly evolve. And so these are content problems that are working right now, and um, yeah, definitely grab them, like message us, grab them, use them. Um, at the end of the day, like you're already posting content and you want to get clients. So you might as well post better content that has been created by an expert that all you have to do is plug and play, right? You just need to put in your specifics into it. Like a lot of these captions are basically like 90% written for you, and you just need to add some specifics to make it for your niche or your industry. So that's a great freebie as well. Well, you know what's funny? Because I had a meeting yesterday about us as a company getting rid of all of our GPTs.

I know we're gonna I know we're slowly moving away from them, but for the next couple months, this GPT will still be around.

So it's essentially in ChatGPT, we have trained a bot to do a specific thing.

We've trained a bot. Yeah. So this one, the whole goal is that there's a lot of you who wake up every single day and you're like, how do I turn these conversations on Instagram into discovery calls or into clients? And a lot of you fall into one of two camps, which is either the friend zone, where like you're just friends with this person and just having a conversation that's not going anywhere, or you try to sell too soon or too hard, and they're not warmed up enough. This GPT, here's what you do you open it up, you feed it your conversation, you're like, hey, this is where the conversation is at, and it will tell you why maybe the conversation you got ghosted, or what is the next best message for you to send to these people. So it's fantastic. We've given, I mean, our clients use this, they book calls with it. We've also given it to just people in our audience who've then gone ahead and been like, I literally booked some sales calls using this thing.

Which is like, okay, let's let's let's do a flashback here. Imagine when we first started, if we would have had this shit.

That's what I keep thinking of. And I feel like so many people struggle with staying power in entrepreneurship in 2026, and like, hot damn. Gonna be honest, y'all have it good.

Imagine, like, like if there were like back in the day, someone would have probably charged three grand or five grand for this GPT. Oh god, yes. Like it would have been like cutting edge, it would have been like, like, literally, like when we joined a program, we got a messenger script, and it was like basically seven messages, and our our our mentor basically was like, follow this, and if we would call if we would edit the message, he would be like, You're not following my script, you're not gonna get results. Like, folks, you got it good. So, like, grab this shit and like actually work with it.

So, this is a great GPT. So, basically, the mini ads was all about getting you leads. The content was all about making sure your content is actually performing well, it's marketing your services well. The GPT is all about turning your DM conversations into sales calls.

Content audit.

Content audit. Okay, this is something we've just started to do in the last couple months. If you message Terrier or myself, content audit, on Instagram, we will literally grab a couple of your posts and give you a rating out of one to four of like how good your hooks are, your deliverables are, your call to actions are, your visuals are, and give you specifics on how you can make your content better. This is personalized content audit. We do use AI to help us like kind of siphon through it all, but like you're gonna get a specific content audit, and like people have found this so helpful. So if you want that, message just that. Case studies. Case studies. So I'm actually curious, Terry, your thought process. I find case studies so useful. Like when I'm thinking about hiring a mentor, I like I like finding like them doing case studies with clients because I feel like it's so much more tangible. What do you feel like is the I guess the most benefits people are gonna get from watching our case studies?

Well, to be frank with you, like just giving people advice, and and by the way, guys, like I'm actively looking for mentors in specific areas of where I'm looking. And one thing that I even tend to fall into is we fall into sexy content where like, ooh, this person looks so sexy, everything they do looks so sexy, and then they have no case studies. And I will always, always, always go for the coach, the course, the brand where they have, and when we say case studies, like they have testimonials above, I will always weigh testimonials above super sexy content.

Yeah, 100%, 100%. So we have a ton of case studies all over the place from health coaches, fitness coaches, nutritionists, um, like just like a massive wide variety. We have some, I mean, we have some older ones that are like life coaches, career coaches as well, business coaches, even. And uh I love watching them myself, and I know so many people have found them useful because when you hear someone else's journey, not only does it inspire you that if they could do it, you can do it, but also it gives you a timeline of like, okay, I implemented this strategy, then I did this, and this is how this worked for me. And it's much more real than just watching, like, I don't know, educational content on Instagram where it's like, do this, do this, do this, do this. It's like, no, actually, this is someone's journey, and you can actually You can see yourself within it. You can see yourself within it. So the case studies I think are so powerful to watch. We have we have a ton of them. If you want to watch stuff, maybe ones that are relevant for you, just message us with the word case study or with the like case study for this type of coach, and we can send you something that's really relevant for you. I always like to like, for example, if I have like a holistic nutritionist that comes into my DMs, I like to send them one that's another holistic nutritionist. Or if I have one who's like, hey, I'm a busy mom, I got three kids at home, I'm like, great, we have case studies of busy moms with three kids at home as well. And like just being able to see how other people in your industry or your niche or your like demographic or your kind of life situation, if they can do it, you can do it. Yeah. So case studies are fantastic. I love it. School community, school community, school community. Basically, we have this fantastic community on school. I think it's called Get More Clients or something like that. I have forgotten the name. Anyways, you can message me or Terry School on Instagram. We have a school community that hosts a ton of resources, like more than we even we talked about today. But also we run a lot of events in there. Like next week, I'm running a three-day event in there. Oh, cool. Um, and it's gonna be fantastic. And so our school community is just a great place to just like grab more resources. Um and so that's a really good I I forgot to write one down. Our quiz. Ooh, yes! Our quiz. So recently, actually two or three months ago, we put together a quiz. Because I mean, Terry, how many how many different people are telling people different strategies on Instagram?

Is is oh it's endless, absolutely endless.

It's just it's just so confusing. And so what I did is I put together a quiz with well, my team put it together. I wanted them to put it together, but they put it together. And what it does is you fill out, I think it's nine questions, it's gonna take you only 60 seconds, and it's going to help you understand what is the best next step for you with where your business is at. So it's gonna give you a customized answer of like this is what you need to be focusing on, this is what you need to be working on, and um, people have found it so useful because also it redirects them to some other free resources. Man, there's more free resources that are popping into my head right now. Gosh, there are so many great resources that we have. I have two more in my mind now that I have to share and I have to talk about on this podcast. So the quiz is fantastic. If basically, if you're in a place where you're like confused on what strategy you should do or what should you be focusing on in your business right now, whether you're brand new, 5k months, 20k months, the quiz will help you understand what the best next step is. So, guess what are the two ones that I forgot about? I'm not sure. Well, it there's so many free resources. So we have one, which is just like uh prime your Instagram, which is basically um, if you want to make your Instagram profile, like your bio, the pictures, the pin posts, all of that like stand out and be unique and specific and actually attract people. We have a workbook that you can go through, it'll teach you how to do that. So that's one. And then we have a workbook that actually helps you clarify your niche and your signature offer. For those of you that are like, yeah, and maybe you're already doing 5k a month or 6k a month, but you're like kind of trying to help everyone. We have a workbook that helps you get more narrow down and become a specialist. We talk about this all the time, so that you can get more clients and actually like stand out in your field. So we have those resources as well.

Here's crazy. Here's what's crazy. In 2016, if I would have put all these free resources together, we could have charged. Um I'm not joking, like there are programs that were worse than those free resources combined that we're charging five to eight thousand dollars. And now we're maybe we should try it now. Yeah, you know what? Maybe if you don't grab these free resources and implement them, we're gonna start gatekeeping. No, folks, like there's so much good stuff out there. And here's here's why we do this. There's a lot of business mentors, a lot of you have tried to make terrible programs. The reason that we have so much free stuff is because we want you to come in and give it a shot, give it a try. If you try out a free resource and you're like, this is shit, or I don't want to do this, or whatever it is, that's a clear sign that you shouldn't work in our program.

And that doesn't really happen. That maybe happens like 10% of the time. Someone's like, oh, I don't want to spend money on ads. I'm like, cool, bye. But like if you check out our resources, like probably 80 to 90% of the people do, you implement them and you're like, this is amazing. It's also gonna showcase to you that, like, hey, these people here, CCI, Terry, and Ruben and the team, number one, they care, they want to sh basically build trust with me, build a relationship, and they want to actually help me long term. So that's why you have all these free resources. Because like I talked about at the beginning, this guy, Travis, who tried our mini-ads, made a ton of money, he then wants to work with us because he actually believes in us and he trusts in us, and we we ex we basically are trying to put all of that trust in those free resources so that you folks implement them, love them, want to work with us.
